Hi Bonnie, Willow arrived .... She was totally calm when she arrived and has settled in very well. .... I must tell you, though, she is SO much prettier than she appears in the video. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with her! I'll let you know how training is going, but from her demeanour, I do not anticipate any problems. Very, very, very happy with my new horse,
